Help
Short answers about how the platform behaves. If yours is not here, write to the committee.
Joining and your account
How do I become a member?
Use the Join button and fill in the registration form. Applications may be reviewed by the membership team before the profile goes live.
I forgot my password.
Use the login page — from your profile you can change your password once signed in. If you are locked out, write to the committee from the contact page.
What do other members see about me?
Your directory entry is visible to signed-in members only. Nothing about you is published to the open web.
Hubs
How do I find my hub?
Set your location in the top bar or search the hub directory by town, state or pin code — hubs are ranked by how closely their pin code matches yours.
There is no hub near me.
Start one. Any member can create a hub in their own pin code; it goes to the committee for approval and then appears in the directory.
Who runs a hub?
Its own lead — a member, not the platform. Leads manage the hub's details, approve join requests, and can hand the hub to another member.
Events
How do seats work?
An event can set a capacity. When it fills, registrations join a waitlist, and when a seat frees up the first person on the waitlist is promoted automatically.
Do events cost money?
Events today are free to attend. Ticketing is on the roadmap.
Business, jobs and the marketplace
Why can't I see a business's phone number?
Contact details are shared inside the community. Sign in and they appear on the business profile; the directory itself is open for anyone to browse.
How do I apply for a job?
Each posting has a "How to apply" card — visible to signed-in members — with whatever the poster asked: usually a phone number.
What does selling on the marketplace cost?
A stated percentage of the sale, shown before you list and frozen onto your listing at that rate — a later change to the fee never touches an existing listing.
Plans and payments
What do paid plans add?
Premium features such as ad-free browsing and enhanced business listings. The pricing page lists exactly what each plan includes.
Where do I see what I am paying?
My billing (under your profile) shows your current plan, its renewal date, and every subscription record — with controls to stop auto-renewal or cancel.
Is the verified badge part of a plan?
No. Verification is granted by a moderator after checking, and cannot be bought at any price.
